I reached out to this company after my HOA wanted my tree looked at due a large branch hanging over my fence with some downward growth but I couldn't get a person from my usual company immediately so I tried Nelson's. Got a quote from a friendly and professional young man who arrived within the specified time frame. I scheduled for an estimate over email. I called to confirm that morning (a Friday) that they would still be coming. The person on the phone confirmed. 10 minutes after they were supposed to show they called me to tell me they'd have to reschedule. I understand things happen so I was flexible and rescheduled for Monday at 9:30a and moved my work schedule around.
