The crew took my perspectives into consideration and also advised me about what would be best for the longterm life of the trees.
After a storm, a large limb fell and damaged some other trees. Nelson Tree came promptly with an estimate and was able to get on the schedule quickly. The crew came early, worked quickly, and did a good job. The quote was on the high side, but given I wanted the tree limb removed quickly before another storm did more damage to the existing trees, I was ok with paying a premium. Overall, I would use again.
Nelson was great when two trees fell in my yard and damaged my roof and porch. Joshua responded to my call and was at my house within an hour. He was professional and explained the entire process to me. Once I agreed to move forward, he made a call and had an entire crew, with crane, out to my house within the hour. They got right to work and Joshua kept me informed the entire time. He even recommended a contractor to come out and shore up and tarp my roof.
