This company just left after decimating one of our trees with excessive pruning. They took mature, large branches from WELL below the power lines, well beyond the 10" allowed, and randomly took entire chunks of tree that were nowhere near being a threat now or in the future to the power lines. Are these people even trained? National Grid should be aware of the level of incompetence of this company going forward.I have registered a complaint with them.
This company has no respect for personal property or sighns. They park their equipment wherever they want even on private property and when posted. They leave trash and debris wherever they are with no respect to the environment. Nelson tree service brings all this equipment and manpower to cut a single branch and park for hours just hanging out on dead-end roads.
