Awful company. They removed a tree from my neighbours yard. As they removed the tree the guys smashed my newly installed flag pole. It's now crooked, not level and the top is completely smashed in. Have called them multiple times to come fix it but no one ever does. Will be taking them to small claims court as I have it all on video.

Nelson tree service did contracted (by utility company) trimming of a very big tree in front of my house. Not nicely done . Just butchered off some very big branches and left it looking scraggly. With a little bit of forethought, they could have cut it away from the utility lines and it would still look ok...

Had to call the number on their truck because the guys they had working decided not to come knock on my door to let me know theyre cutting down a tree so instead they put the wood chipper right in front of my bmw and threw wood chips all over it, didnt even get a call back to resolve the situation terrible company and terrible work ethics

After cutting trees on my block they had no thought to the flowers and plants that were under the trees which they completely wrecked with their pruning. They cut down much more than they should have and left a mess of branches and leaves everywhere... I'm really disappointed with their work and wish they had something set up to protect the landscaping that people spend time and money on for their property.
