Just saw one of your drivers ignore signs on my private property stating that this is a private driveway and no turnarounds. He pulled into my driveway, I have him on my ring camera. Tell your drivers to follow and obey private property signs. This happened today and customer service is overseas.
Speeding through small towns isn't cool.
Can I leave negative stars. This company has incompetent workers. Damaged a mature tree in the center of my property. Excessive pruning and damage. Absolutely horrendous company should be sued.
They came by yesterday to trim the trees around the power lines for National Grid. Left branches in my yard and in the road. Picked everything up and piled it by my mail box. Now the issue will be to try to contact someone from Nelson or National Grid to get them to come back and pick up the mess they lifted in my yard. Doesn’t seem like a complicated job, cut the branches, pick up the branches, run branches through the chipper not a big deal. Glad I didn’t hire them.
