Mr. Nelson delivered my zero turn personally and then stayed to give me a tutorial on how to operate it. You can't beat that.
Will not buy another kabota product. Needed part for lawnmower and was told that the kohler engine on it was discontinued. Now can't get part for it anywhere. But they still charged 400 for a compression test which it didn't need.

Horrible customer service. Was promised free first service on new tractor when it was purchased last year. Just picked up tractor after first service and had to pay over $700. My tractor was clean when it was dropped off and it was filthy when it was picked up. They obviously used it to load or unload equipment while it was in for service as it had several more hours on it than when it was left there. I would give them zero stars if that was an option. Do yourself a favor... use another dealer.
