The staff and mechanics are amazing. I have been going there for years and they recently helped me immensely with a big issue I had with my vehicle. It was fixed within a day and I've had no problems since. I couldn't be happier with their service. 10 out of 10👍🏾
Nelson Toyota is a terrific dealership. Over 30 years I’ve owned 3 Toyotas, two bought from the dealership , and more than the base quality , it’s the service dept that has built that loyalty. And today Ross, Ryan, Curtis and the entire service team continue to go above and beyond to take care of my vehicle , to be fair and to give good advice. I’ll always go back .
Just always consistently friendly and great service. Bought a truck from them and the aftercare has been awesome. Editing in 2025 to just say impeccable service. My truck broke down and I really needed it for work and they got me in same day and looked after me so well. Calm collected professional fast service. Just everything!
Nelson Toyota Service Department is excellent! I haven't bought a vehicle from this dealership, but I have utilized their service department a couple times now. They go above and beyond to be sure their customer is happy. Ryan and his team care about their customer's vehicles and provide top-notch customer service.
