Just finished buying my new 4Runner from Nelson Toyota today. Absolutely outstanding experience! Mike was my product advisor and he was fantastic from start to finish. Can't say enough good things about the buying experience. Had a miserable experience at Cranbrook Toyota and switched my business to Nelson Toyota for good. Worth the drive to Nelson all day. Glen in finance was also excellent. Mike even gave my little guy a matchbox car which he is jacked up for. Thanks guys!
We were in the area on vacation and our Rav4 had a fuel system fault... Aaron in service went above and beyond for us. Outstanding customer service!
I was driving toward Nelson from Spokane in my GMC Yukon when my alternator failed. I lost all electrical but was able to nurse it into Nelson Toyota where I asked for help. Service Advisor Aaron McLean and their team were able to find a new alternator and install it and get me back on the road by the next day. This in spite of their being very busy and me not even driving a Toyota. These folks are top-notch in my book. Can't praise them enough.
Extremely helpful and great people. Helped me out at 430pm on a Friday before a long weekend. Great shop, couldn’t recommended more!
