I'm not even sure this place is a legit appliance business. I called and set up an appointment and gave them my credit card info to hold it. The day of the appointment it was getting close to the end of the four hour window they gave me, so I tried calling to find out if I could get an estimated time of arrival. I kept getting transferred to "dispatch" , but would get disconnected every time. I called to set an appt for a gas stove diagnostic/repair for my sister's newly purchased home in windham. They set the appointment originally for 11/26 from 12-3, and I called back to adjust the time and they set it for 11/26 from 5-7. It’s now 6:40pm, and we received no call from a technician. I called the number listed (as I have a total of 3 times now), and the woman I spoke with “couldn’t even find my appointment” until I got belligerent with her demanding to know why there was a temporary authorization on my credit car... read more

I have always been contacting them whenever an appliance would go haywire and they have always been present and on time. They have fixed and installed several old and new appliances of different brands. They were always professional and prices right. They had parts with them always. I highly recommend!

The tech came the next day. He was punctual and efficient. They had the part needed in stock. Repair was completed right away and I am a happy camper!

The only company that was able to set up an appointment for me on the 4th of July and was also able to came out. Knowledgeable, fast and honest service was what I got from them. My washing machine is working and I am hugely satisfied!!
