I’m deeply disappointed by a phone interaction with a member of staff at around 9:45am on 2 Feb 2026. I called to verify a payment link after recently being targeted by a Booking.com scam. Instead of receiving help, the staff member laughed, made a dismissive comment about booking through Booking.com, and was completely unprofessional. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told he was the manager, refused to provide his name, and ultimately hung up on me. Do not book here. Especially if you are a family. worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I am a single mum of 2 one child is 5 the other is 2. I booked a 2 night stay to get away for myself and my kids. I asked for a nice view for my kids if possible (in the most nicest way) they declined my booking. when I called and asked why the representative was so rude and in attack mode from the get go saying you can’t book that room it’s for 2 people. Fantastic hotel in a great location with spacious rooms and all amenities. Staff are lovely and helpful. Highly recommend getting a sea view room as for a little extra, the size and layout for the rooms is far superior.
