I would not recommend this place either! No personal service, I called all I got was a link to make the booking! How do these companies expect the guests to do all the work! It sad that more and more businesses are removing the personal service! A few more texts exchanged and lastly was advised that I was welcome to book somewhere else next time!!!!! I did ask for their name - no reply!!!! Who would want to stay with a place run by people like this!!!

Excellent location with undercover secure parking. We left our car and walked as we were within walking distance of all we needed. Fantastic Location. Rooms were big enough for our needs and very clean. Certainly recommend Nelson Bay Towers and will definitely book again. Thanks for making our checking so easy.

Great location, amazing communication, rooms are clean and comfy. Great value for the price, my review relates to this, I got what I paid for and expected and was not disappointed. Secure parking and a very secure and safe place to stay. Plus roof top pool. Highly recommend, especially if you just want to stay in the area and not drive around, it's all on your door step, beach marina, shops, restaurants.
