Our two nights' stay here was fabulous, in a very clean and comfortable apartment that had everything we needed. Central location, across the road from the marina, with secure undercover parking adding to the appeal. I particularly appreciated the courteous and helpful communication prior to check-in and departure. Highly recommended
Wow. Great location, Excellent communication, Accommodation and Amenities Excellent. Room very comfortable, fans air conditioning on upon arrival on a hot day. My husband & I highly recommend so close to everything and walking distance. Park the car and just enjoy. Our favourite stay thus far.
Absolutely fantastic motel, The room was spacious with kitchen, living room and large bedroom, TVs in both rooms which my wife loved! Absolutely beautiful balcony with a view and location is spot on! The Motel has parking and extremely friendly, accommodating and responsive staff. This motel offers a 5 star service for an incredible price in comparison to other places we have stayed. Will definitely be back any time we come to Nelson Bay!
I’m deeply disappointed by a phone interaction with a member of staff at around 9:45am on 2 Feb 2026. I called to verify a payment link after recently being targeted by a Booking.com scam. Instead of receiving help, the staff member laughed, made a dismissive comment about booking through Booking.com, and was completely unprofessional. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told he was the manager, refused to provide his name, and ultimately hung up on me.
