If you want them to break something that's never been touched by anyone else since it left the factory floor on a pickup with less than 20,000 miles, and then refuse to make it right. Call Nelson. It goes without saying that this would be a ZERO star review if that were possible.
Dakota works at this shop and does oil changes for $20, and you bring oil and filter. I'm not sure what all his job entails but he has always went above and beyond for me. A tip goes a long way folks. He even welded my trailer and fixed the ground on my trailer lights. I'm pretty sure it's the first time in 3 oil changes since somebody cared enough to screw the filter in right. Reliable and trustworthy, not to mention affordable.
I’m sure they do a great job they’re in business for a reason. However the customer service is lacking. I went in to get a flat patched, told the guys what I needed and they looked at me like I was stupid and continued to sit around and talk.
