Rude and condescending employees. Although supporting local is important to us, we would go somewhere else that has a friendlier staff and better customer service.
We support local business but Nelson Tile gives local a bad name. Typically superb customer service from local stores help persuade home owners to bypass big box stores providing the same services with lower prices. From the get-go we should have seen the warning signs but still pushed on with our project determined to support a local business.
