Rude and condescending employees. Although supporting local is important to us, we would go somewhere else that has a friendlier staff and better customer service.
Ann and I want to give Nelson Tile and Stone a 5-Star rating plus because the sales team along with the installation team did an amazing job from beginning to the final installation. Amy assisted us in picking out the quartz and backsplash material as well as showing us how to super-impose the quartz onto our existing counters. Typically superb customer service from local stores help persuade home owners to bypass big box stores providing the same services with lower prices. From the get-go we should have seen the warning signs but still pushed on with our project determined to support a local business. We love the quality of our granite and quartz! So nice!!! Also, the showroom employee was very friendly and helpful!! Although, I’m sad to say an employee did convince my husband and I that the “smaller” bathroom sinks were plenty big enough. And had us change our minds at the last second. They are noticeably small for our bathrooms and make it difficult to wash your face and just look unprofessional and a bit silly.
