Beware, perhaps I'm old fashioned but to charge 185.00 for a consultation which consisted of obtaining my weight and vital signs which are available from my primary care physician whom I visited 2 weeks prior to obtain a referral is just wrong. Then to not send the claim to my insurance for 90 days is also wrong. No response from office manager, had to call 5 times over 4 weeks just to get the info I got, no refund.
Dr. Nelson Tajong is a great Doctor! His staff at the Conroe office, not helpful what so ever. Toll me I can’t come in for my follow up until I pay my bill. I have to do my own research why I’m being billed this information came from Michelle. Unprofessional
I like Dr. Tajong, but unfortunately my experience with the front office staff has been very disappointing. I needed a prior authorization for my medication. When I called yesterday, I was told by Michelle it would be worked on first thing this morning. I waited until around 11:00 a.m. before calling back to give the office time. Pretty sad how you give Va patient medicine but dont send paper work back to Va to get approved. So my father needs his antibiotics now and you all dont care to do your job. We have been waiting for days now thank to lazy workers that dont speak English. If anything happens to my Father Jimmy. I will sue the hell at of yall for not doing your job.
