Dr Tajong takes care of his patients and very knowledgeable. Been with him for 12+ years now. Friendly staff and professional.
Pretty sad how you give Va patient medicine but dont send paper work back to Va to get approved. So my father needs his antibiotics now and you all dont care to do your job. We have been waiting for days now thank to lazy workers that dont speak English. If anything happens to my Father Jimmy. I will sue the hell at of yall for not doing your job. Front office does not do their job and are willfully rude. I’d have loved to speak with a manager but they refuse to tell me who that is. If you are a veteran with a similar issue, you can file a grievance on a community provider with Triwest or speak with a VA patient advocate.
This review is about Dr. Tajongs office and not about the doctor himself. I am a senior women who needed a pre authorization for a medication, which I was charged a 25.00 fee for which was a rip off. My prescription got approved and send to Walgreens per my request, I got a call back from them letting me know that this medication had to be ordered. A few days later a tech from Walgreens informed me that the cost of the medication was significantly higher at their pharmacy then from Express Scripts which is our insurance's pr... read more
