I have been a customer here for about 3 years. I started before Nelson was the owner. Ever since Nelson took over, rates keep constantly going up. The good, I will say though, is that I do feel like security is good there. I'm not worried about my stuff. And making payments I their website is pretty easy. I do wish the units had lights and electricity inside though. It's almost impossible to see inside. Edit: Rate keep going up AND they require you ta have insurance.
