Very professional! Mr. Broome is an honorable and honest man. Didn't know me at all, and treated our family fair.
It's been nearly a month since we called in an emergency leek on our septic install done by Nelson. When I am able to get a hold of them to inquire of an update, their excuse is that they are very busy right now. I'm not sure how many emergency leek jobs they have going on right now, but their lack of communication or customer care is very discouraging. I would not recommend anyone use Nelson for any services.
Nelson is the best.... He is honest and knows what he is doing and will save you all he can!!!
