Josh is very knowledgeable, friendly and fair. He works with my best interests in mind. He's going to be my go to electricion until he retires!
Value is a combination of price and pace of work done. We have used a number of contractors on our house from hell. We have run the gamut from outright screw jobs to exceptionally fair priced, correctly done work. Nelson’s falls into the later category. Wish we had found them years ago. They don’t even charge for the phone time talking to their love interests as some of my previous contractors have done. No nickel and dimeing here. Straight shooters. How refreshing.
Josh came out to add electrical service to an in-floor outlet in our home and despite a full electrical panel, was able to provide a few good (and also cost effective) options to solve our problem. He was knowledgable, polite, and not pushy at all. He even took the time to answer non-related questions I had about some exterior lighting. I definitely recommend this small business.
Excellent service! This family business did everything and beyond to help me. Josh showed integrity, respect and care and explains everything to me. No tricks and no waste of time just a professional looking for fixing what you need. I am thankful I found them after some frustrating experiences.
