Communication was excellent. Customer Service was excellent. Product cost and price extremely high, but not the fault of Nelson.
Nelson.. saved the 4th of July! Evening before we ran empty of our propane. Our provider did not have an after hours number. So we took a chance and called Nelson because they held our Ranch account and in no time they sent someone out will and they put a monitor on it so we’re now onna monitor system so this won’t EVER happen again!!! Thank you Nelson for being there.
