Just recently moved to Gladewater, Texas. All their staff is extremely professional and personable. Their tank monitoring system prevents you from running out of propane. Great service.
I lease a cabin in Big Sandy that has a propane gas range and a heater. Everyone I have dealt with at Nelson Propane has been not just professional, but friendly and very caring because I am disabled. I really appreciate their monthly payment system and monthly checks to ensure my propane tank is serviced. I feel they have gone above and beyond servicing my tank and setting it up prior to a cold spell two years ago so that I would stay warm!
