I never have to worry about running out of propane because they monitor my tank by satellite and always show up before I get too low. Chris is very courteous. He keeps my gates closed.
Hugh Bowden and Nelson Propane Gladewater are simply the best! Not only did he donate propane to the Gladewater Lions Club rodeo concession stand, when we accidentally ran out of propane before Saturday night rodeo, he personally met us on his day off /business closed day to fill our tanks! We are so fortunate to have Hugh in our community!
Nelson Propane donated a tank and propane for our Gladewater High School 50th reunion class fundraiser. I scheduled a time to pick it up and Jackie was extremely helpful and courteous in filling the tank and getting it in my car. Thoroughly enjoyed talking with her. I would definitely recommend them! Really nice place and great customer service!
