After speaking with a few pool companies, I felt that Nelson addressed my questions and concerns most appropriately. So, we went ahead and contracted with Nelson Pool for our renovation. His crew arrived at the agreed upon date and finished ahead of schedule. During the work progress, I asked him about some other unrelated pool issues that I was having.
