After many attempts with different pool companies we got in touch with Anthony from Nelson pool company. Anthony showed up on time for the appointment and was very knowledgeable. He almost immediately found the problem and given us a detailed quote with a few options to match our budget. We had a leak for about 4 years but it was so slight we thought it was evaporation but in the last 6 months it was about 1/2 inch per day so we had Florida pool leak locators come out and find the leak for us and they were unable to find it and even if they did they were not equipped to do any type of major repair. After doing a 2 week bucket test I determined it was either the waterfall or the floor cleaning system after doing some digging I found water about two feet down behind 1 of the waterfalls.
