Not a good company at all. Threaten to fire crew daily for mistakes. No FORMAL training provided. The foreman (Kelly) working currently at the Pecos location threatens employees daily. He conducted a tailgate meeting yesterday 1/13/2015 with crew. Told them ALL that if they made another mistake that ALL would be FIRED. Crew returns to work 1/14/2015 and 3 are pulled aside right as shift begins and told they are FIRED. (What happened to ALL will be fired? There are still some working at that site today.) WHY?
