0 stars this company does not care about their residents only money. Mountain valley in Morgantown wv is falling apart. They rent to anyone anymore and they don’t upkeep the property. You can’t get ahold of anyone at Nelson partners and the property management at the complex avoids you when you come to them with a problem or says his hands or tied when they’re in fact not tied.
Absolute scum student housing company. Every property is built with terrible materials and horribly mismanaged.
