Completely unethical company; I have left voice messages and email requests to contact me every day for a week / sometimes twice a day. I need them to fill out forms required for my tax return since I invest IRA funds. No response. I see online that the property I invested in is in foreclosure so I’m guessing my investment is worth zero. I would just like someone from Nelson Partners to admit my funds are gone.
0 stars this company does not care about their residents only money. Mountain valley in Morgantown wv is falling apart. They rent to anyone anymore and they don’t upkeep the property. You can’t get ahold of anyone at Nelson partners and the property management at the complex avoids you when you come to them with a problem or says his hands or tied when they’re in fact not tied.
