We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Nelson Palms, and their exceptional service has truly cemented our loyalty. We initially booked a larger room, but due to availability, had no smaller alternative. What truly impressed us was their proactive approach. Absolutely loved our stay here. We stayed in the family suite. Was worried that the advertised photos were photos of the room when they were new, but if that's the case, they've maintained the rooms extremely well! The photos were a great reflection of what we saw and experienced. Just a well thought-out three-bedroom suite with good quality finishes.
