We found this to be a great experience. Things to know before you go. The Kayaks are open face so very easy to use and control. We got a tandem kayak that also had a few locations where we could put our gear. They have dry bags few sizes that you can rent. We brought our own. There are lockers on site, definitely recommend leaving your car keys behind. Only way to secure a rental prior to showing up is to book an all-day Excursion. These guys are awesome! Our choir went kayaking here on a trip to Nelson and had the best time. Everyone came back saying how much fun they had. John and the team were super facilitating, helping us to arrange the group booking, and they went really above and beyond to make sure we had the best time, including opening early just for our group. Thanks John, we'll definitely tell other people to check this place out when they visit Nelson!

Unfortunately i don’t know her name but she was so nice , we definitely coming back . Add jet skiiiis tooo , it will be more fun . We had fun . Very reasonable prices

We had a great experience at Lakeside Paddleboard Rentals in Nelson! The staff were friendly, explained the safety rules clearly, and even let us switch from paddleboards to kayaks at no extra cost. Prices were super reasonable—only $25 for 3 hours. Highly recommend!

Wow such amazing place staff the 2 young omen and the young lady thank you so much for being so kind and helpful. My Husband and I book a full day rental of 2 single kayaks we got our work out in for sure!!!. It such a cheep opinions instead of buying your own less work and hassle for sure! Definitely booking again!
