Love them. Called several places and even went to one a great distance away. Was not satisfied, as they just wanted to keep an eye on it and look again over a year later. Meanwhile issues started and continued to get worse. Went to Nelson orthodontics in Raeford and they immediately got the process moving to take care of my daughter’s problem.

I deeply regret choosing Dr. Nelson Orthodontics in Fayetteville, NC. My experience with this office has been nothing short of a nightmare. The staff is blatantly unprofessional, rude, and completely lacking in kindness or basic customer service skills. From start to finish, I felt like I was just another number in their assembly line rather than a valued patient. The final results of my treatment were absolutely unacceptable. Dr. Nelson was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The office is clean and they use the latest technology. I highly recommend Nelson Orthodontics
