The staff members are great and very chill. The reception team is super friendly and they takes great care of you. Definitely one of the best orthodontists in New Zealand!
I had a really great experience with Nelson Orthodontics. The team were so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and everything just ran smoothly and professionally. I went in to get a mouthguard sorted for boxing and was surprised at how quick and efficient the whole process was. What a wonderful journey. Nelson orthodontist were amazing. Initially I put an incorrect lower amount on my automatic payment, they picked it up and we corrected it before it was too overwhelming for use. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly, always. Ana goes the extra mile knowing your name and what's going on in your life. From my son, the staff ask open ended questions and get engaged in chatting. No just how are you? Fine. Silence. Highly highly recommend 10 stars!!!!
