Bought after I got some free samples. Best decision! The vinegar is not acidic, it's lovely and smooth. The flavored ones are next level. We are saving some to try in drinks. I may have to take on a second job to cover my new addiction to balsamic vinegar. Best part? Canadian company and it arrived super quick!
