Great experience with the service department! No pressure tactics and the service technician, George, walked us through the process of everything that was going to be reviewed. The technology (video) of seeing underneath the car and what was going on is so helpful! The best part is the great discussion of what we did and didn’t want to do with the car because it was a much older car just used for deliveries. Elsy in the service department is super professional and helpful. Anytime I’ve had to bring my truck for service he’s always attentive and quick to help me. Give the man a raise asap.
I had some dealings with Nelson Nissan on a replacement transmission. Easily Bejarano service advisor was the best of any service department I've ever worked with. Nice considerate and always called back very friendly and professional. He's got a grade A1 with me. If you have any dealings with Nelson Nissan I suggest you go to him
Esly was amazing!!! The other gentleman who came to see if we needed help was super nice, too (didn't catch his name, had tattoos and dark hair). Will definitely return here for service.
Service department is an absolute joke. Dropped my car off on Monday morning 8:30 got the runaround about what was wrong with it. Saying there’s was two different codes, and warranty will cover one but they need to put miles on it so the code can fail for the warranty to cover. After driving my car for 4 days they fixed one, but on the other code never failed so now we owe an additional $350 for them “diagnosing“ my car, even though they weren’t able to accurately diagnose it.
