I'm entering year 10 of working in real estate as an investor / home owner. In that entire time, and through over a dozen real estate transactions as both a buyer and seller, I have NEVER worked with an agent as dishonest and unreliable as Nelson. He makes a lot of promises and then doesn't follow through at all. When things get tough, he will duck your calls and make himself unavailable. There are a lot of other options available to you and I would never choose to work with him again, on either side of the transaction.
Nelson has been acting as my realtor in my search to find a house and has been a great support in the process. He has a lot of knowledge and expertise in the real estate domain and has been extremely patient throughout the process. I would highly recommend him to those I know.
