Avoid this lawyer at all cost. I helped a friend find him and he just wasted 6 months of her time, attempted to charge over $6000 at a rate of $425 an hour for a case that he had no intention to settle. Christopher Casebeer is much more efficient and he doesn't charge $425. I regret have recommended this unethical person to someone who needed help.
I came across a really sticky insurance situation. I was young and being bullied by both the person at faults insurance company and even my own! Thankfully my brother introduced me to Mr. Nelson. He was quick on his feet and immediately took action. I was so stressed out trying to keep up my the battles of my case, school, and work but I was relieved at once I knew both Kate and Mr. Nelson were on board. Highly recommended!
