My experience was helping a relative from Thomas William McGee acting in a psychotic manner defending a tenant by Ms. Denard, which eventually was evicted for being 7months behind on a $575.00 a month rent on a 3 bedroom on a prime location. Her check/payments had no validity or funds at the end. McGee was initially involved in a threatening matter to my mgt company, saying things like this is a single mother struggling (aka her son was 25 years old fully employed, still not paying rent at the end). The correspondence with our litigation lawyer was lacking in comparison to my prior firm. She seemed pre occupied and not truely present for my case after being very sure of herself and confident. Difficult to contact and never in the office. There was a very nice administrative assistant that tried to be helpful but found questions that required the need to speak with your actual lawyer.
