Dr. Moss is simply an outstanding neurosurgeon who is also exceptionally compassionate. He skillfully performed a very delicate surgery, removing a large tumor from my brain. There were no cognitive or physical consequences, particularly important given the nature of the surgery and my age (82 years old). My experience with Dr. Moss was incredible. He operated on a gliobastoma and removed it successfully with no complications at all. I had full strength and full competence. It was a remarkable experience with only a 2 day recovery in hospital. Dr Moss inspires a quiet compassionate confidence. There is no mistake here. He is one of the best surgeons in NY. The Sloan Kettering follow up teams of Radiology and Oncology have been amazing. There is no place like Sloan Kettering.
Dr. Moss operated on my brain ( my 2nd crainiotomy)when a surgeon at Yale a different hospital declined to operate He and his stellar team at MSK were certainly worth crossing state lines for the excellent and life saving care. Simply put, Dr. Nelson Moss is a gifted surgeon who saves lives!
