Great Doctors. Negative attitude and poor communication from certain receptionists and other staff - verging on immediately hostile. I wish my doctor would return to his old practice where the staff were normal and helpful.
Sure, there is PHYSICALLY a way for anyone in a wheelchair to get in but it feels very prejudicial. You have to go to a side entrance, phone and "beg" to be let in and escorted by someone to the waiting area like you're some untrustworthy undesirable. It puts so much unnecessary shame on disabled/mobility challenged people. I would think we had come to a time that was beyond segregation.
The staff and doctors at this clinic are top notch. Kind, understanding and responsive. Thank you to all who make that possible!
