My experience was terrible. I recognize they have many good reviews of late. But mine was a situation where there was terrible communication by the company over a couple of years. Then in my attempts to resolve the issue they were unresponsive and at the end Brian Nelson did not give me the courtesy of a call, but merely sent a rude email. Apparently doesn't care if he gets a bad review.
When two other HVAC vendors said we’re not taking new customers, Nelson Mechanical Desigh said, let’s schedule a technician’s visit to diagnose the issue. Within 10 minutes of their visit problem diagnosed and parts were ordered. Great service!
When you have water in the basement and no hot water in the house, and you call different people, and they are unwilling to help, It was Nelson who made the effort and took the time. Very professional and our go-to with any issues in the future.
Nelson Mechanical has been great. They communicate regularly via email, it’s been easy to get on their schedule, and they show up on time once scheduled. Their team is polite, answers questions, and has done quality work for us. Highly recommend
