Horrible place to go . Nursing staff are rude and will Cancle your prescriptions from other doctors . It happened to me twice . Dr doesn’t seem like he knows what he is doing . They can’t keep the same employees . Something is very wrong there .
Unfortunately for Dr. Lum his staff is rude and incompetent. My provider sent a referral over over a month ago and they have given me the rum round about seeing me. First it was that they didn't have my insurance card after I provided it and my provider provided it now they say they do not have the referral. My situation is urgent and they did not care, if you want to be seen, DO NOT GO HERE.
