Loved living there awesome management beautiful park
IF you buy an older trailer from the owner, it is Very Much Caveat Emptor! They specialize in slapping some paint/ carpets/flooring and whatever while hiding the underlying flaws like mold and leaks, etc. Then Rob you on price. The park IS clean and well kept , but the old lady who owns it raises rent yearly at much greater than the inflation rate, sometimes twice in a year, and seems to be a very unhappy curmudgeon with seemingly no redeaming qualities.
