Great staff and facility. Giving people a chance to get a few bucks back in a place with high taxes and high cost of living
They don't have a place to wash your hands like Salmo.
They close 10 minutes early and say they’re not accepting anything else, even though all my recycling was already sorted. Other people were complaining about the same thing, and they still refused to serve us. We don’t know if this is a company policy — not accepting materials 10, 15, or even 20 minutes before closing — or if it’s simply the workers deciding they don’t want to work.
The building could definitely be cleaned way more often. Floor is muddy and tabletops are full of puddles. Usually drive my cans to castlegar for this reason. This business could give more care to the environment and could be cleaned much more often.
