Great advise. Explained things very well.
I am giving Mr Nelson a five star review only because six star reviews are not allowed. I was arrested for DUI in Sturgis Friday night, a charge which I thought was unjustified. When I bonded out of jail Saturday morning I was told that my court date was the following morning on Sunday at 9:00 a.m. I spoke to Mr Nelson Saturday afternoon and was pleased to learn that he would represent me the following morning. He is very courteous and his attention to detail is excellent. He quickly got my case dismissed.
