We have been visiting Dr. Klaus’s office for a while and have always had a good experience. My mother came in for a checkup, and we were told her eyes needed to be dilated. Claudia helped us first, and she was very kind, attentive, and professional. We truly appreciated the way she treated my mother. After Claudia was done, another young lady named Alex, an Asian young lady, came in and took us to another room to dilate my mother’s eyes.
