Dr. King’s receptionist is one of the worst receptionist’s I’ve ever encountered she calls me by the wrong name all the time, doesn’t have a friendly calming approach or attitude and booked a call for a follow up with him for a timeframe like the phone & cable guy & I never got a call within the timeframe or at anytime on that day. I fully understand doctors run late ALL the time I work in the field so I gave several hours leeway before calling & leaving a message to inquire about the call I was supposed to get.

I have been seeing Dr. KING for a number of years, and you couldn't ask for a better surgeon, Dr. King and his staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and explains everything so us non Dr's understand, I would highly recommend Dr Nelson King,

the person who is the caller is rude and has very bad attitude. She should not be speaking this way to patients. It also almost sounds she is racist because I have an accent and said I need to speak clearly. I explained many times that i was out of town and she still is repeating the same thing. I will NOT tolerate this disrespect and needs to be replaced who is nicer and has respect.
