Unlike others, I felt dumped! Dr. Johnson and/or his Nurse Katy, I had just arrived, 11:40 a.m. with my granddaughter as there wasn’t anyone keep her. I found upon arrival a message from Katy saying to COME RIGHT NOW. Unfortunately, while enroute, I couldn’t check messages. The elevators were also out. Had to climb to the 3rd floor. Couldn’t scan the QR code as there wasn’t one. Went straight to the receptionist and told her I could scan in. She tried to check it me in only to find I had been canceled. At 11:44 a.m. Why? Dr. Jonathan C. Nelson and staff are nothing short of a fantastic care team. From initial testing, diagnosis, and subsequent treatment I was well informed, prepared and confident in my care plan with their support at every step. They went above and beyond to coordinate a surgery date sooner than initially offered and pre/post op was on par with concierge medical care, in my opinion. While I hope I never need to be under his care again, Dr. Nelson is a talented doctor, skilled surgeon, and kind individual.

Excellent doctor he did my bilateral mastectomy a few years ago. His team is simply the best!
