Byron was nice initially, but I’m going to add along with everyone else, don’t expect any sort of rebate. I’ve talked to him 3 different occasions and he’s told me every time it was submitted. Here we are a year later and nothing. I easily could’ve/would’ve done it myself, but when a contractor says he’s gonna do something, I hold him to his word. I do contracting myself and until he can keep his word, would just advise everyone spend a little extra elsewhere to get the work done and YOUR REBATE.

The work was done in January 2018. Unfortunately I never met the owner or dealt with him but the insulation that was supposed to be R60 was NOT even close to that. Just had it inspected and it's more like R19. I hate to say this but if you want someone cheap to do your insulation then perhpas he's your guy. But beware that you will NOT get the R rated that he will promise. Can't trust anyone anymore. There's no accountability. It is all about how to get paid for dishonest and poor quality work. Take your business elsewhere. This guy is a crook. He lies to you makes you feel like you’re gonna get a rebate and that’s the only reason you go with the company and at the end he doesn’t even submit. It doesn’t do anything. I called Dominion power all the utilities and they said there’s nothing been submitted. There’s several reviews with same exact thing people. It's been months and we still have yet to receive a receipt or any update on the rebate that was the biggest selling factor. Would have rather went with rocky mountain themselves as they offer to do insulation for basically free! Looks to be a trend with this company based on all the reviews pilling up!

Although these owner Byron Nelson seemed very sympathetic and was a joy to talk to, he no-showed! "Health related". OK, what about a phone call? Nothing. Sad.
