I’ve been waiting till we’re over a year out on the purchase just in case anything else major went wrong and we were under warranty. We went about the process of purchasing a home from Nelson homes in the spring of 2022. House was delivered in January of 2023. First things first, Paul forgot to upload the quotes for something, and then we missed out on our lower interest rate. It was right when all the interest rates were increasing. Most of this review is on the behalf of a specific dealer "McGiver in Billings MT" who i was dealing on having a Nelson home made for my family. Specifically a rep named Lori. She wsa quite good at over promising and underdelivering. The dealer themselves seems to have their reviews turned off so i cant leave this review there. Smart on their behalf. Purchased a home from Paul, he keeps giving the run around, home was in shambles, paint peeling, windows leaking, and pipes installed incorrectly. DO NOT PURCHASE AS HE WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND TO REPAIR HIS MISTAKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
