Our family would like to thank the entire staff at Nelson Home Health Care for the exceptional care they provided to Glenn Vuyk. The location was always welcoming, organized, clean, and well staffed. We could tell the staff genuinely cared for Glenn. It is truly an impressive group. Their help, professionalism, and flexibility made a difficult health event much easier to bare. So very thankful for the care provided to my loved one in their declining health. 24 hour care. Fresh meals. Clean. Constant communication/updates.
Be aware of the care your loved ones may get if you choose these homes. There honesty about things and what they provide is far from what we experienced. The professionalism is awful! There manager talks down to you when you address concerns and gets an attitude when called out. They are not suited for anyone that isn't bed bound. Even then I would never trust them with a person like that. There caregivers work days and nights without a day off is concerning since I feel that being a caregiver you need a day off to recharge ... read more
We believe the care given is all one on one with Ma and Pa. The food is balance,nutritious and great tasting...all homemade and not canned. It's a happy atmosphere, spotless and clean. Excellent health care for each customer. When there's one on one care the littlest health issues are caught early. We have found the best place for our family members! Phil and I recommend Nelson Home Health Care.
