Was having THE worst day today, but decided to go ahead with a small project at home. The staff was SO helpful and I got all the stuff i needed for less than I was expecting. Always consistent solid service there. Thanks all!
It may not be fair to single out a staff member for excellent service, but I am going to anyway. Close to the end of his work day, Shawn Miller took the time to discuss my metal siding order over the phone, and gave no sense of urgency (as in "the clock's ticking and I am soon out the door..").
