I was blessed to have googled Orthopedic Associates and found Dr. Greg Nelson. His academic education is so impeccable!! From the first time I stepped into his office, he took the time to listen to me and actually cared about my concerns and my complaints. I ended up shredding/tearing my rotator cuff, but it was a tear that was not seen on the MRI. Dr. Nelson did not give up on me. He did orthoscopic surgery and found it to be shredded. 2.5 years ago Dr Nelson performed my left leg total knee replacement... I followed him from SSM DePaul to Orthopedic Associattes and in June, he performed right total knee! I wouldn't let anyone else do it. He's the only surgeon in many years who identified the common suture my body rejects. He also took extra precautions to ensure I had the best outcome and patient experience. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Nelson is a very talented doctor. It’s very obvious during our appointment together he cares about his patients well being.
