We have been going to Nelson gm for years always had great customer service... since the lady has left the guy that has took over has 0 customer skills is rude the the customs when asking questions excepts you to know what's wrong with a vehicle that you bring into get fixed this will be the last time they get are business till they get rid of the d!!! Absolutely terrible, my husband and I called about a problem with our headlights noted by other gm dealerships and gm itself. The brand new car had a thousand kilometers on it, the light sensor on auto has the lights flashing on and off. The service person could have cared less, they told us no part available for the fix. They didn't call back, email back or start a standard gm warranty file when the part becomes available.
