Couple months after installation of the patio doors, the doors crashed from its frame. Nelson Glaas claim they have informed me of the rotted frame during installation. I honestly don't recall that conversation. Anyway, I am out several hundred dollars and a crashed patio door on weekend when Nelson Glass has no one to answer calls for emergencies. A bit disappointed about a local merchant which we'd love to support.
They were great from start to finish. The high windows that were cracked and dangerous l, could only be approached from the roof, are now replaced. It was a hard job especially on a cold and snowy day. Thank you Nelson! Ed and Tim! The price was very reasonable compared w other estimates. Seriously.
Constantly am amazed at the fine work they do, and how they're committed to doing the best work possible for each project. Alice and Robbie have always been super helpful and accessible, and when I had an emergency with a door a couple years ago, all I had to do was pick up the phone and they were there to help me. Thanks Nelson Glass!
