The Attorney Kyle a paralegal Stacy, both have a lack of communication with the buyers seem to be very rude and taken back by questions. I do not recommend them for any real estate dealings, writing a letter to South Carolina bar about unprofessionalism and the lack of empathy. Beware and good luck. I hope you find real estate attorneys that care to do their job again. I do not recommend them.
This office failed to include my commission from the buyer on the closing statement it's been almost 3 months since the closing and another 2 trying to collect.
The staff is sharp and did a great job with the closing.
The entire process was very smooth and the staff was great to work with. Would highly recommend.
