Used them for a simple cash purchase land closing in May, paid to have a quit claim filed at the same time. It was never filed, I emailed and called several times and they eventually quit responding. Had to file one myself in July since it was holding up our construction loan. Just discovered that they finally filed the original quit claim IN MID OCTOBER. We almost used them for our mortgage loan, glad we switched.

Excellent job... went very fast...have closed on several houses, so not going through Every page and explaining get every detail was appreciated... In and out...the way it should be.. .only question would be why industry hasn't gone to E-sign??
