Many imperfections for the expensive prices. I purchased a 5 x 7 Divine Mercy framed picture with gold specks on the face of the painting. Returned it and purchased from another company with gold specks on the top section of the frame. Bought the Monstrance Triptych and the two sides are not cut small enough to fully close.

I received a package just before Christmas and unfortunately the contents inside were broken. Since it was Christmas, it took a few attempts to establish contact, but after New Years I received a call. The representative's name was Mike. He expressed his apologies and sent out a new package at no charge. I just received the replacement items and Nelson's made sure that nothing was going to happen to this package. My framed copy of "Our Lady of Palestine". The picture is absolutely gorgeous, the colors are stunning, and I will cherish it for many years to come. Today, I received my restored print of Leonardo Da Vinci's classic painting of the Last Supper. One word describes this piece - Superb! Once again the folks at Nelson's hit the ball outta the park.
