Super rude. Dropped off an identical piece of art and the owner said he would honor the price I paid initially. And said he would be willing to swap the glass with the initial piece of framed art for x price. My fault, I will acknowledge is that I dropped it off and then forgot to follow up, (we had a major house issue cause a kitchen demo due to mold). I had several artworks framed quite some time ago .. very pleased with customer service, the time taken with me to decide on framing which is important to me ,the good work, careful handling of my artworks and reasonable pricing. I’m going back with 2 or 3 pieces next week.
I got my art framed here and the guy did good quality work. Just remember to take the first driveway by the yellow skim board in Laguna canyon. If you go into the second driveway by accident you will need to go out and all the way to the El Toro intersection to make a U. Then go back to Forrest, and make another U, in order to try again to get the right driveway. It's a simple mistake, but it will cost you 5 to 10 minutes if you make it.
I was really happy about the help I received with the two items I brought in to get framed. First time using this place and so far so good. He said I'll get them back in a couple weeks. Huge selection of frames.
