The waiting area is very clean and cozy I was called in by a very young smiling dentist assistant. Dr. Nelson (owner) dropped by the practice on a weekend to resolve a billing discrepancy for me.
Both my wife and I find our hygienist super great, but the front office staff, through unfortunate communication to me, and more misfortune within the postal service, left my overpayment unreimbursed after several months. To Nelson Family Dentistry's credit, Dr. Nelson dropped by the office on a weekend to resolve the issue.
Extremely efficient, friendly and professional. Super kid friendly and answered all the questions I had about my kiddos teeth. My husband and I were very impressed with their work. Would 100% recommend them for the care of a whole family!
