I appreciate the free consult and education we received, however I will say that it felt more like a sales pitch than genuine concern for end of life planning. The attorney Danielle we would work with never made eye contact with me until I stated at the end I was going to pay for it. Says a lot about a person, after going back I wanted to name her after seeing ANOTHER person also had the same experience with her. Condescending only making eye contact with who would pay. Meeting with the lawyers at this firm has enlightened me on the choices I could make for handling my estate. They made everything clear and prepared the documents in accordance with my request. They were laid out in a simple manner for signing. I also am comfortable that they will.be there for.future questions or concerns from myself or the people named in my documents. I highly recommend their services especially after comparing with the fiasco my friend had somewhere else.

This has been overall the worst experience possible We have been involved with this firm for over nine months. We started the probate process, paid our initial fee, did all we were asked to do, were told we would have to pay additional fees which we did. Then radio silence and when I called and called and finally got through I was told our case worker was no longer there.
